Meet Our Team
I have spent my entire 20-year career within staffing and recruiting, working with healthcare and medical professionals of all levels. In 2015 KPG Healthcare offered me the opportunity to create a physician recruitment & locums division and Provider Services was born. Knowledgeable service, transparency, fair rates, solution-based thinking & pragmatism don’t have to be lost in today’s service. My mission centered around creating the most talented team that could bring an unparalleled service to California’s organizations and providers. As the years progressed, we expanded nationwide & broadened our service lines and reach. I am an exercise and health enthusiast, avid traveler, father of 2 and a Southern CA native. Please contact me with feedback or questions on our services.
The great environment, surrounded by great people, helping providers find better positions, and serving as a resource to candidates and clients are all the reasons why I enjoy my position. My goal is to make good deals and build relationships in order to offer the best possible service. In my spare time I enjoy horseback riding.
I love my job because I get the opportunity to help providers every day by making positive differences in their lives. This can be by increasing their overall compensation or helping them attain a better work/life balance. Being a great consultant means understanding a provider’s perfect work scenario and going above and beyond to achieve it. Taking time to understand each individual’s goals and career path is a key component. I am ambidextrous and can write perfectly with both hands!
My job is a breeze because I have the absolute best team in the world. When I’m working with a provider I explore every possibility to reach the greatest outcome in every situation. If we work together, you can bet on us finding your dream job – only better! A fun fact is I was voted best smile in high school – give me a call to discuss opportunities and you might be able to see it through the phone!
I enjoy learning about the unique talents of each provider I work with and finding them the best opportunity to utilize those talents to realize their full potential. As a former clinician, I have a keen ability to understand a provider’s concerns, interests, and objectives. This allows me to make great matches that are beneficial to everyone. A fun fact about me — I completed the Escape from Alcatraz Aquathlon.
You always hear about the jobs that don’t feel like work and that people enjoy doing every day. That is what you find here at KPG.
A career at KPG goes beyond the norm. My job never has a dull moment and I love that I have found a career that keeps me engaged 100% of the time. I love working in a fun, positive, and encouraging environment with the best team. I enjoy meeting and working with new clients and helping them with their staffing needs. Every client brings a different situation and opportunity to the table. In my free time I enjoy going to concerts, traveling and spending time with friends and family.
Working at KPG has given me the autonomy to build my own business within a business. Not too many companies will allow their employees to have the opportunity to do so! Fun Fact: I love to train my body/mind and put it through a vigorous workout 6 times a week.
I enjoy helping providers find their ideal employment situations. Physicians and Advanced Practitioners contribute so much to society, so it feels good to be able to assist them in finding their dream jobs. Being a part of a great team makes this process even more enjoyable. I’m an animal lover, and in my spare time I like going to the beach and hiking.
What I love about my job is getting to find new opportunities for a candidate that fits what they are looking for in order to help them succeed both professionally and in their personal life. While doing so, I am helping a facility find coverage for their patients and potentially foster a long-term partnership. I represent both the provider as well as the facility and I would be honored to make an introduction for you. In my personal time, I like to cycle, watch sports, and spend time with my wife, son and 3 dogs.
There is nothing more amazing than having to work alongside a strong team that encourages each other’s success. The best part of working as a Consultant at KPG is being able to make a positive impact in someone’s life and being a great resource to Physicians obtaining their first or next career opportunity. In my spare time, I enjoy going to the lake, hiking and spending time with loved ones.
I like the recruiting industry because I’m able to get doctors to those patients who need them most. I especially like being a recruiter with my colleagues at KPG Providers; a great group of people. Fun fact – After Hawaii lifted the covid ban and opened back up for tourism, I booked a flight, car and an oceanside condo for three weeks and went to Maui in February.
Being a Consultant at KPG combines my interest in the Healthcare industry, and my love for helping for people. Getting to work alongside every hardworking member of this team, to help our Providers in any and every way we possibly can is incredibly rewarding. Being raised on the West Coast, gave me the ability to relate to Southern California Based Provider’s geographically. But it was my east coast Boston roots that allowed me understand the core importance of healthcare in the life science, and research industry. I enjoy building relationships, spending time with family and friends, and the New England Patriots, GO Brady!
Healthcare recruitment and client services has been a passion of mine for the past 10 years. I strive to deliver quality and consistency to both providers and clients so that each can enjoy a successful professional relationship. When I'm not in the office I enjoy spending time with my wife and two toddlers. Avid fisherman, golfer, and Formula 1 Fan.
As it pertains to my personality and career, I am very ambitious, goal-driven Human Resources Business Professional with 15 years of experience in Oil & Gas Industry. Transitioned in to the Medical Field for the last 4 years as I am currently working and enjoying putting my skill set to work as a Physician Consulting in the Recruiting industry. With a team player attitude I enjoy positive competitiveness in all aspects, loves the outdoors, travel and most of being a mom. Jacob who is 6 and Skylett 11, have brought so much enjoy throughout my journey.
During my 13 years in the healthcare industry, the relationships I have with my providers ranks number one on why I love this profession. Working with them side-by-side for years, they become family. At KPG, they nurture that relationship and find new ways to consistently make our providers happy. The other loves of my life are my beautiful children, traveling, fishing and paddle boarding.
I love being a part of an industry that is forever changing! No two days are ever the same. Whether I am making a difference in a provider's life by helping them find the perfect job, or filling a position at a facility that is needed, I know I am making an impact in the healthcare world every day. A fun fact about me is I have a HUGE family with 6 sisters, 4 brothers, and 26 nieces and nephews.
I love recruiting because it is the best feeling to successfully match a provider to their ideal position and reach their potential. I recruit in Locums and Permanent positions so I can bring to the Provider the type of position that fits them best. This job is different every day and brings me joy. One fun fact about me is I won “Most Fun to be around” in high school and years later I feel like the same girl I was back then. I smile every day and make the most of every minute here at KPG!
Lisa Meyers resides in the Midwest where they, “Wave to the Brave,” at the end of the first quarter of home football games. Lisa considers herself a “best fit” consultant and hopes to match both candidates and clients with the hope they will form long term relationships. She is self-driven and feels the best way to do so is to stay organized. Fun fact about Lisa: If she could, she would waterski, kayak, or float on the water every day of her life. Future goals include traveling within the US and overseas- in particular Alaska. Her favorite quote is, “And into the woods I go, to lose my mind and find my soul.”
I have been recruiting in the locums world for 8 years and I love building relationships with the people I work with internally and externally. I love the industry because no day is the same. I like the way recruiting constantly pushes me and you can continue to learn no matter how long you do this job.
I love a good adventure. Camping, paddle boarding, seeing new things/places. I also LOVE a good book!! I typically read anywhere from 2-3 books per month. Give me a psychological thriller and I literally cant put it down!
The main reason I like my job is the environment I get to be in. The office is a place where everyone can be themselves and make things happen. The resources and the guidance that the managers and coworkers provide makes it a great environment. I live on a ranch with over 20 animals.
Credentialing is typically viewed as a check-the-box regulatory burden, but it is more than that here at KPG. It is about getting to know the provider, developing a relationship and finding ways to make the process stress-free. Generally, providers need to engage in a tedious, paper-based credentialing process before granted privileges. I love my job because this burden is greatly reduced with the help of me and my team! Also, through credentialing, patients are assured of their healthcare professional’s merit and experience which is important to me. When I am not assisting providers navigate the credentialing process, I am home sketching or at an art gallery.
I enjoy working in credentialing because not only do I have the opportunity to help our providers by taking a little bit of the weight off through every step, but I also get to help the patients by making sure that our providers are appropriately credentialed to help them to the best of their ability. My goal is to always make the credentialing process as smooth as possible for our providers. Fun Fact: I really enjoy being outdoors and going on nature walks.
I am all about the details, organization, and check lists! So I love that I can take away the stress of receiving a ton of paperwork for our providers, and streamlining the process to make it easier for them making the process as efficient as possible. Fun Fact: On my time off, you can usually find me with my family, decorating, or planning an event!
There's something incredibly rewarding about being a part of the process of helping people achieve their goals. Plus, I get to work with a variety of people and organizations, which makes the job so much fun! On my time off you can find me spending time with my family at Disney or baking in the kitchen.
What I love about my job is that every day is a new adventure. There hasn’t been a day that I’ve been bored. Also, everyone is always happy and friendly which is a huge plus. A fun fact about me is I love puzzles. I will finish 1,000 pieces of puzzles in less than a week, so I have to increase the pieces to 5,000. I am running out of space in my house.

I love that I have a great degree of control and freedom within my role to focus on bettering the processes. Also, the diversity of the work that I do ensures that no day is like any other. During my free time, you can find me cheering on The Vegas Golden Knights. (Go Knights, Go!)
